Our Twistesee motorhome park in northern Hesse offers you more than 160 pitches, modern sanitary facilities and a cozy café with a terrace. There are numerous restaurants and cafés around the Twistesee and in the surrounding area. Culinary diversity is provided by restaurants serving traditional home cooking, as well as the "Erlebnisrestaurant Wetterburg" with its themed menus.

There is also the "Café im Schnee" nearby with a view of the Twistesee, homemade cakes and fresh waffles every day. On a hike or bike tour through the Waldecker Land you will also pass numerous other restaurants. One of these is the traditional restaurant Café "Zum Fischhaus" with its beer garden. In Kugelsburg the excursion restaurant "Zur Kugelsburg" invites you to take a break with a panoramic view over the roofs of Volkmarsen.
